Registration Fee

  1. The registration fees are based on the New Taiwan Dollar (NTD). The USD exchange rate is for reference only.
  2. To receive the student rate, please attach a copy of your current student card or any other proof of student status.
  3.  Lunch tickets are optional.
  4. The deadline for on-line registration is 5 June, 2015. 
  5. Payment must be received on or before 15 April, 2015 to enjoy the early bird rate. 
  6. The Organizer charges the standard rate for on-site registration.

Registration Entitlement

The fee is inclusive of the Conference name badge, delegate kit, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and admission to exhibition.

Payment Method

Credit card:
  • Payment must be made through the Online Registration System by credit card in New Taiwan Dollars, which will be automatically transferred into your currency in your credit card bill with the exchange rate as you register online.
  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB and China UnionPay.

Confirmation Letters & Receipt

  • Confirmation Letter of Sign Up:
Once creating a new account on online registration system, the Secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up by E-mail. Please note that the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up does not mean your registration is done. Please log in online system by log-in ID and password and fill in registration form.

  • Confirmation Letter of Payment:
The Secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Payment by E-mail, bearing your registration number, when your payment is received by 2015 AAS-in-ASIA Conference.

  • Receipt:
Please kindly note that the receipt will be provided on-site. If you need the receipt prior to the Conference, please mail to the Conference Secretariat at service@2015aas-in-asia.org and write down your name, registration ID, and reason.

Visa Application
  1. Kindly remind you to prepare your VISA to Taiwan in advanced.
  2. Should you need the Invitation Letter for visa application, please submit registration form first in order to download the invitation letter.
  3. For delegates from China: 
Should you need visa application service & information, please login the online registration system first, go to Registration form, and click "Yes" in "Visa Application Service (China Delegates Only)" column in order to receive the details in your confirmation letter.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be conveyed to the Secretariat in writing at service@2015aas-in-asia.org.
The following conditions apply to refunding of registration fees upon withdrawal of registration:

  • Before 1 May, 2015:
If the written notice of cancellation is received on or before 1 May, 2015, 50% of registration fee paid will be refunded after the Conference.

  • After 1 May, 2015:
No refund can be granted for cancellation after 1 May, 2015.
